The other day while doing devotional time, I was reminded that everything was created and formed by God. Even the air I breathe. With every breath, I am literally taking in God’s creation, and it gives me life.  It gives all people everywhere life. We cannot live without the breath of God.

This piano piece was inspired by this reflection. My prayer is that with every breath, you are reminded that God is omnipresent and is residing in your lungs at this very moment. He is closer than you can imagine and loves you deeply.

Job 33:4 – For the Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Psalm 150:6 – Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord.

Isaiah 42:5 – This is what God the Lord says – the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: “I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand…to open the eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.”

1 Peter 5:7 – Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Psalm 29:11 – The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.

Philippians 4:7 – And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
